Hello ,

whenever I tries to run the game I get server's but when I click Join Now

My game starts loading and after this I get this error :

" Connection to the server has been lost "

I've tried all the possible solutions updated my drivers , punkbuster

And I've opened all the TCP and UDP ports as you have mention in the following topic :

viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4215

But still no luck help me out please

Where do you live? Maybe you are too far from all the servers(majority of which are german)
How many servers you tried to connect to? Try more of them.

I live in Pakistan and I had tried lot of the server but no luck

In some server's my game close's to desktop

And in server it says lost connection to the server

Does this also happen on servers with less then 20 (out of 32) players and a ping below 150?

Test the stability of your internet connection
ping a http://www.google.com for a 15 min's or so and see if there is any "connection timed out"








The command above with loop the ping until you press Ctrl+C

What type of connection is it? Wired broadband or wireless like 3g?
Try to join the server - 'NOMAD Panama 600tk'(utopiate, we need more of them) It's based in UK and we, in Asia generally have good pings to UK.
The game will crash to desktop if you will try to join a servers with mods running. You need to have modded files Installed in order to join them.
Finally, I would say that try again and again. Routing in our countries is generally not very good :/
Even when I try to join a server, I get success max 70 percent of time. Other 30 percent of time, I get them same connection to server lost thingy.

Yes it happens with all servers even when the ping is below 150

I have Broadband Internet Connection

Gets around 526-612KB Speed stable speed !!

Sounds like a network issue on your side. As you opened the ports already, I would check any firewalls you have installed. If that doesn't help, there's probably nothing more I can do.

Did you try to connect a few more times? Try again. As I said, it sometimes doesn't connect and all u have to/can do is try again

I've solved the problem

Downloaded the latest version of dinput8 File
By running as adminstrator
Opened my all ports which are given in the one of the topic in this section
Turned off my firewall ( Cause I was using Windows 8 )
Allowed it On both ( Home and Public Network )
Deleted the Old Gamesettings.ini file in the BFBC2 Folder which is located in the Documents folder
And added the following Code:

In the target line of the game shortcut by going to properties
Note: There is a space Infront Of " - " ( Dash ) sign....
