Hello guys,
I'm new to Nexus here and I started playing yesterday.... Iget in the game and sometimes I get disconnected as soon as I make few steps, sometimes even when I just try to join a server(empty, full, half empty)and sometimes after playing 10 to 15 minutes. I've opened the ports on the "advanced settings" on the WinFirewall, updated PB and nothing helped. I've even tried to disable the FW and the AV and same thing happens. Any help?

Does this happen with other games as well? Sounds like an unstable internet connection to me.

No...I play all games with no problem...I've got a 7,2MB/s 3G internet connection and I play MW2,CoD2, World of Tanks with no problems and my PING is usually around 50, even in BFBC2. Maybe I've port forward the wrong way, but I sometimes get to play for 20 minutes.

The tutorial sounds fine.
You can find the required ports in the FAQ.
Still, if you can sometimes play 20minutes, maybe your ISP is responsible.

Is it really necessary the forwarding ? I never forward a port for gaming the forward port is an server side thing for example to access to some service which is [ROME] here , NoFate did forward some port's to allow some stuff like API....
Just make sure your hosts file is clean for redirection and your ping is good <150 ms..

Unforwarded ports can block incoming connections, and as the masterservers also send data to the clients, port forwarding can be needed.

Since I've got a 3G Mobile Modem, I read that they dont support port forwarding, so looks like I'll have to wait to buy a normal router after all....
