Would this change the world of PC gaming ?

It's not news for most of us that gaming PC are expensive it's true that making a $600 or $800 is easy but it can't run most new good looking games on high/ultra setting
But with the upcoming cheap reasonably new GTX 750 Ti that will cost $150 , the mid budget gaming PC will perform like never did before .

I'm really exciting about this and I do think most of guys who live in 2nd and 3rd world are
, not saying that all the peoples living in 1st world country are rich as f**k 
, I do think some of theme will share us the feelings .
