Please switch it to DX 10 or 11, it's confirmed that DX 9 mode won't work with the hook.

Afaik, we don't support 3rd party software.

Try DX9.

As I always say, the community is free to support eachother on the proper sections, as long as everyone follows the forum rules.
Besides, this community is not like "the old one", where hate was something being offered everywhere...
