VU Server hosting requirement

I do all the detail about what you need to start a VU server but I wanna know what kind of VPS should i use and with how much Bandwidth it should come for one month use
-64 slot
-VPS should be in EU
-An affordable price price
If my question is wrong or part of it is correct me guys

Hetzner is really good. (I guess thats the same box I used back in aIW)

Can confirm, their webhosting is pretty decent when it comes to huge amounts of users.

Forgive me If I am wrong however, a VPS will use 'shared' resources thus not particularly great for game servers. I have both a VPS and a VDS and the VDS is far better. 3xdedicated cores 3gb ram 300gb hdd and 5tb bandwidth win server 2012.
With the game once you start getting over 40 slots the cpu usage goes up exponentially.

That's exactly the same as renting a server from a RSP, there you don't get a dedicated server, just a server instance. So you "share" your server with ~15 other people.
