800x600 resolution

Hi guys,i want to set the 800x600 resolution and i do this going in documents/bfbc2 and modifying the setting.ini...but when i launch bfbc2 automatically the game returns to 1200x700....i want to do this because i have 20 fps(shit XD)....
Someone can help me???

The game normally can't run at 800x600. The only hacky solution would have been to forcefully change your display's resolution, but if not even that works, there probably is no way for you to get it to work.

.... but i bf3 you can choose 800x600 resolution and in bfbc2 no....

BFBC2 used to have the 800x600 resolution option, however it was later removed in a patch for some reason or another.
