Will be implemented in a future revision.
NoFaTes' focus is entirely set on Venice Unleashed at the moment.
There is still a major update for Rome to be released yet, but that is far in the future.
Approx several months or a year to go.

Can... Can we just have a big F****** banner below the logo here on the forum saying YOU CANT ADD FRIENDS ON ROME!!! PLEASE?! Same should go for Venice being legal version only, and the rest.
