Where do you live ?

Maybe the servers you're trying to connect to are located in countries which have a greater distance to your location than the CoD servers/hosts.

Also the ping displayed on the scoreboard is not correct. The game displays a ping 80-100 ms higher than the actual value.

3.maybe you are right about ping on scoreboard but what about delay???? :?: :?: :?:

The master server is located in the EU aswell.

Your connection might be too bad for playing on EU servers.

We have a peak of 100 servers online but almost all of them are hosted in Europe.

Try to sort the servers by ping and pick the one with the lowest.
Otherwise we can't help you at all.

one question is this possible my ping coonect to my cpu speed

No.

The ping is the time in milliseconds to send a signal to a destination and receiving the response.

It depends on your quality of your connection, your bandwidth (partly), the material the cables are made of (copper/fiber optics etc.)
