First step to becoming part of the [CIA] OuTLawZ is to start off by visiting our website at http://www.ciateam.net, signing up then visit our forums, and post an application. After that our admins will go over your app and talk to the clan about you joining. We understand that you have a life so we do realize that sometimes people dont come on for days on end. Thats fine, just some activity.
We are a group of Men and Women enjoying all aspects of Internet gaming.
