how to create a new account? is the nexus full? becouse its say "Creating a new account is currently not possible." why?

It is curently disabled due to the changes with the new backend.
It should be possible to create a new account in a few days

The forum got transferred to a new backend. The registration has been currently disabled to make the transfer final.
According to NoFaTe the registration should be enabled today.
