I can only think how 18fps would be. My craptop can't run it at all and pc runs it well above 60fps.
I guess it's not possible. You will get rekt m8. master Cs. It's fun after you become good and will run fine.

Ummm...no.
(Unless you're hacking.)

All the legit guys you see stomping all over the other team are running the game at 1080p x 60fps.

Tell us your hardware specs and maybe we can make some suggestions on how you can run the game at an acceptable frame-rate.

8GB DDR3 Ram
600W PSU

I was actually asking for knave's hardware specs, but that's nice you shared yours too so he can see what he's up against.
By the way, why are you capping the game at 60fps if you have a 75Hz monitor?

Anyway knave, if you list your hardware specs we might be able to tell you if there is anything you can do to run the game better short of buying a new gpu. Obviously set everything to Low and use DX10 because DX11 has fps killing "soft" shadows. Also check this post if you want to go lower than 1024x768: http://forums.emulatornexus.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5589&hilit=640x480

1. Try the game at 640x480 with the resolution changer in the link: http://forums.emulatornexus.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5589&hilit=640x480 (It will look blocky and the crosshairs may look terrible but it should make a big difference.)
2. Try changing to DX10. (DX9 has some weird stuttering problems in this game on my system. DX10 runs dramatically better but it might not be the same on your system.)
3. 2GB shared ram is probably going to slow the game down for sure. About the only thing you can do is close any unnecessary apps that are using ram while you play. (By the way, I don't recommend using GameBooster to stop programs to free up ram. Just do it yourself manually in windows Services.)
