How do i get started?

I just dl the file and placed it into my directory. After I did that, i tried to log into my account but was unable to. "unable to login please try again" So... what do i need to do?

EDIT: I tried putting in my user name from this site and password but was unable to login.

use your EMAIL to login cause your name lock's pretty much Phuckup
