Mod tools bad companion 2

Hi guys, i've been looking for those mod tools in the internet and i have downloaded it, so my question is once ive downloaded this program i execute it but nothing happens, do i need to have some other programs for the system and so? Or do i need to place that mod tools folder in another concrete folder? Thanks! Btw, i am running w7 ultimate x 64 bits.

I wish i could know if there is any way to rise of level quickly with this mod tools or without them (putting some command prompts on config file) and unlock everything.

You need Python 2.7
And you can't change the XP modifier.

To unlock all weapons on your server:

Hi, i've downloaded python, scintilla, .net framework 4.5 and nothing happens, i've downloaded both versions of the mod tools, version 2 and version 3 and i can't execute it, do i need to do anything?

Second, i want to host a map full of mines and c4, is it possible without the mod tools? or i need them to do this, because if i can do it with some commands i won't use the mod tools... And i would like to use more than 4 or 5 choppers within the server, is it possible without the mod tools as well?

I guess what you mentioned only works with the ModTools...
I also never got them to work, they aren't really stable.

Maybe ask one of the modding pros to help you (e.g. emi-liano, rukquoa, Rodney).
