Man fuck the government and the system!
So my suggestion in this moment is to wait ;)

Wait a whole year? Bullshit.. I wanna play now cause by then I'd have to get another upgrade probably for all the "Next gen" titles

Forget the amd ones (except you are going for a Radeon HD 7950 Boost, it's almost the same), buy a GTX760.
~250€, best price/performance ratio

I am not able to waste 250€ so easily. I might get a 7850 since judging from the comparisons to a GTX550, it has quite the performance boost. Something around 150 or less € is acceptable for me. Again - Bulgarian budget..

Nah i know what you mean, but this 760GTX is about ~50-60% (on average) faster than a 7850, and -100€ for a performance decrease of 55% doesn't seem right in my eyes^^
Just my opinion though

It is your opinion and that's what I am asking for, but truly, the price is just insane here. I mean, you can get a gaming laptop for just another 50 euro on top.. it's quite stupid

Friend of mine has the Sapphire 7850 OC 2GB, it's really fast and quiet.
BF3 would run on Ultra ( not at 60FPS, but still nicely playable. I'm talking about 1920x1080p )

I need it to run smooth, not on ultra or anything. I found out that by putting VSync on, setting maximum resolution (which for me is 1440x900 on 19'' monitor) and anything up until High is playable at 60 frames with little to no drops. If I change the resolution though... I dunno why, it just changes everything so I guess I can suffice with this for the time being. I also have to take in the 7850's power needs. I have a 600W PSU but the FX6100 required at least 500 to run smoothly so I am not sure how that's gonna work out

???
The FX 6100 requires 95W maximum!
If your PSU isn't some really cheap bullshit (LC-Power etc.), it's by far enough.

I have a 6870 and 1055T (6x2,8 Ghz) running with a 400W no-name PSU

No, it wasn't that.. It was something else then but I needed a new PSU as well since the old one was 400W and wasn't enough. Regardless, the 7850 requires 500W and I am running 600... so is it gonna be enough considering that the 6100 requires 95W as you said?

P.S. - I am using a Gygabite 600W PSU. It was around 90$ so I can assure you it's not one of those weird no-names

Gigabyte PSU? Meh :/
The 7850 uses 130W maxmimum.

The vendors mean that your overall system will need a 500W power supply (and even that is a little exaggerated; 450W are perfect).
