GTA 4 MP already exists. Also it got xliveless, several working cracks and clothing unlockers and an offline LAN mode.

No need for an emulator.

gta4 mp isnt so interesting that we need an emu. Offline with some nice mods is way better on such games.

Not really.

My 6870 can handle BBC2 easily on Ultra settings, but probably not GTA IV

Well you Graphic card it's far away good then my Gpu (525m) and I can Run GTA IV really smooth and BFBC 2 on Ultra setting it's kind laggy 20 fps

But GTA IV is mainly about CPU.
