Switch to High Frequency

Is there a way to manually change the client frequency to different values like, via command line or setting up the shortcut to start at 30, 60 and 120hz by default?

Yes, just add -high60 or -high120 to the shortcut

Thank you! Was getting tired of having to restart every time to get on a server.
