Just quickly asking how do I change Graphics settings, For some reason when I click the options tab it tells me Its not available yet.

For now you have to go through the settings file, or join a server first.

The Options you tried to use are just the launcher options, your ingame options are synced with normal bf3 and available as usual after joining a server. Basically before joining a server you see what used to be the battlelog and after joining one it's normal bf3 with the changes veniceunleashed did to it. As the original game files are used without modification everything that isn't explicitly changed by vu is just the same as in standard bf3.
