Open Beta but only for Premium players?

Can you make an open beta (soon) but only for players that have the Premium version? It would mean less stress on the servers but it would still allow more players to test the game.

That doesnt make any sense... Why limit the players to test a game? Also do note that DLCs arent tracked, so you can't filter premium players tho.
