Venice Unleashed in Medal of Honor Warfighter?

Is it at all possible?
Since its the same engine, maybe we could make the game much better, there is still a handful of people who play it at times.
I know BF3 is a priority, but maybe in the future?
I would love to see the game in its full potential with nerfed weapons, better tickrate, unlocked hidden stuff....etc.

It's unlikely there'll be a VU for MOHW because that game is dead.
