What UI is using Venice ?

Hello everyone!
It's very interesting for me, what UI library is using the emulator. I have looked at the files that the Venice emu has got, there is only a 'webui.exe' file that I assume is the in-game gui executable. Is the UI library created in house by the master NoFaTe or not ? If It's not in-house created, where can I find this ?
