Hi I wonder how can I register venice, know that the period of enlistment is over, more at the time already accompanied the project, did not know how to do.

You can't enlist at the moment.
You will have to wait for the Open Beta

The enlistments have been closed long ago. If you don't have a giveaway or HE key you don't have a chance of joining the CB.
