This will break your neck.

I saw a GT530 working and it is not good at all.

Try to get a GTX at least.

Yes that's true GT520 is total crap, it's even worse than my GT430 :(

Your MOBO isn't that bad, because it supports LGA1155, so if I've got money and I was on your place I would probably go and buy myself a GTX760 and i5-3570K or i7-2600K.
But today we are talking about low budget upgrade that will improve your gameplay and you will be able to on low to medium settings. First thing to do - get a decent GPU - HD 6670, HD 7750, HD 7770, HD 7790, GTX650 Ti Boost, HD 7850, GTX 660

It's cool that your PSU is 730W, because there won't be need to change it once you buy a new GPU ;)
Your CPU is OK. When you have little more money you can go and buy an i3 - witch is a 2 core CPU that works like 4 core CPU thanks to the hyper-threading. - or an i5
If you have any more questions feel free to ask. ;)

It's 1080p is "Full HD"; 720p is "HD" ;)

"Full" = 100%
