Quick question: Im about to buy Venice, and whats the diffrence between premium, and premium edition?

premium is just premium w/o the game itself.
premium edition is premium + the game.

There are 4 versions you can buy:

Standard: Cheapest, no DLCs
Limited: 1 DLC included (B2K)
Premium Edition: All DLCs included

Premium: Only the DLCs. You can use this if you already have Standard.

Why is Battlefield 3 Premium being called Venice Premium. I thought it was another April's fool..

If you were here when Rome Premium was announced, then you would've gotten the joke. I know it's the 26th and that was part of it.

Well, make sure Standard Edition + Premium only is not cheaper... It was like that for me.
