Will I be able to switch from origin to venice and venice to origin?

As it looks like from now you'll be able to do so by inserting and deleting several files (client hook and .par file).
But this is just an educated guess.

Venice Unleashed will function seperately from the vanilla game.
No files will be replaced or changed during the installation process.
If you launch the game as you normally would (from Battlelog/Origin), then you will be playing on the official servers.
If you launch the game via our client, then you will be playing on our servers.

great... but in this way is there any chance for origami to detect whether my game is being emulated?

7oooda , there is a way to make the game work, but again involves original copy, just buy the game together with friend, you can split the money, and they you can install it on your PC and he can install it on his PC, just run the game once ( but never together in the same time) , and you will be good to go!

Compare EAs features to our upcoming features and you will notice there are huge differences.
Advantage on our side, of course.
