I own the original battlefold 3 but I do not own the DLC's will I be able to play on server that contains DLC's without buying them?

You don't have to own them on Origami, but if you miss them now, we won't help you to get them.
It's your task to get them.
Buy them, steal them or whatever but don't bother us with it.

We won't ask you where you did get them, but you shouldn't ask us either way HOW to get them.

Well i have a question too.Are we going to use the curent saves in the game that we already have or we will start the game from the scratch ?

You will start from zero, unless you're able to dump your original stats and make NoFaTe import them into the database (what he won't do, so your question is answered).
