No emunex isn't reporting to DICE/EA... releasing such data would be against the law and I doubt DICE/EA would even take such a risk as they would get a lot of heat from people all over regarding such an infringement of personal privacy, nor would NoFaTe want that kind of lawsuit on his hands.
