The game itself won't be changed. So, it will be probably just like in the normal game.

He asks if there will be only the normal knife or the Premium knife aka "The Boxcutter".

There was a rumor that the Premium knife is faster. But thats not true.
Except from their appearance they're not different.
The Premium knife was an indicator that you own BF3 Premium.
Well since both are in the game files we should be able so select between both..
or enable the Premium knife as a special goodie.

Does that mean that there will be only the original Battlefiled 3, not including the expansions(Close Quarters, Armored Kill,...)?

For Venice you will need a legit copy of BF3
I don't see a way to get BF3 fully updated without PREMIUM and DLC's for free?
