Every other programmer could emulate the Blaze service.

Of course it is required that he is doing the research NoFaTe/aluigi was doing.

Tracking the network traffic, reversing the protocols, reversing the game itself...

The simpliest thing you could do is a server which is answering the packets the game and dedicated server is sending.
But that would be the least the emulator could do. Because every detail where a processing is necessary (stats, etc..) would be missing.

A good emulator would be able to handle a database aswell and would be stable enough to maintain a lot of connections and not crashing by a couple of sockets too much.

Is it possible to add AIs(bot) to the game,it'd be cool to practise vs artificial intelligence testing vehicles geting to know your gun's specifics, maps etc .It was really fun back in bf2 days .But if not possible-OK

All maps would have to be analyzed, waypoint would've have to be set manually (for all vehicles + on foot), the AI would've to learn the terrain in all multiplayer maps (camping points, strategic advantages, explosives) etc etc...
It's a shitload of work because the existing AI isn't set to the possibilities which the multiplayer offers.

Well, it all depends on the modder tools as well. For instance - GMod and CS:GO's workshops. Tons of people have to set waypoint after waypoint for where and when to go and also where are the chokepoints. True BF3's maps are huge but it all comes down to how much the modders want to do it if they are presented with the opportunity and time at their hands. Though if we are to judge by what the BC2 modding tools have made so far, it's not much but it's quality of quanity how there is an "Air Supperiority" variation with choppers and the person who made that is even making jets now. They probably won't work on normal maps and I wish more servers would host those but alas... it's the community that picks what they wanna play and they want the core game +x5 XP.

If the map size is the problem then i guess we can first start with smaller versions of the maps like in tdm and if it gets success then try out on bigger ground

the problem is not only the size, you need to handle the map-status too, like damaged walls / destroyed houses and all the shit.
Adding bots to a static map is easy if you compare it with big, dynamic map, like we have it in bf
