The "Modifications"?

So, reading on the description of the subforum, "Yet again another modification for popular game Bettlefold 3", I'm wondering
What modifications will there be here? How is it going to be different than vanilla Bettlefold 3?

You can set up your own server and a lot other features that were implemented by dice but have never been activated.
