Mixed modes

Is there a way to run vietnam and regular maps on a server ? Right now i am running vietnam but wanted to mix it up.
The game type is executed even before the map is loaded.
The server files are starting up either with the BC2 or with the NAM mode.
In order to that only the specific maps are used for the whole uptime of the server.
You would have to shut the server down each time to change the map, because the server would have to load a different game type each time.
The server works like the client. Difference: The server offers, the client receives.
Mechanisms behind both are the same.
