Just wondering if LAN/Offline mode, if it´s released gonna be ranked or would it be any unlock settings?

I have read that post, it don´t say that LAn/Offline gonna be ranked or have unlock settings....

I imagine that wouldn't be too hard to implement. Why don't we just wait for it to be released first?
