I am keep on getting this error when I go to some servers. Is there something wrong with my connection? I have stable, fast connection. Also, I have Avast! Internet Security on.

Intel i7-4700HQ
GeForce GTX 860M
16GB DDR3L RAM
500GB Samsung SSD 850 Evo

In most cases this is internet service provider problem.

There is a bug in the game that when server is full or nearly full this can happen. Just go play on another server.
