I've been accused of cheating and many times I also got kicked/banned from servers with the following reason: wallhack or aimbot. I've just ignored it since I thought it was normal until now, I am getting a bit irritated.
I don't use any sort of external tools to gain advantage over other players, I am just like most gamers; I have a keyboard and a mouse. Sure the k/d ratio may be higher than most, but that doesn't mean I cheat. I've played the game since it came out and I have 2 General of the Army accounts on PS3. I understand why you are suspicious, and I would be too. As a matter of fact I would probably also ban me, but that's not the point.
So my message to all of the server owners and administrators, make sure you have concrete evidence that someone is cheating before taking any actions.

Now I feel much better knowing that maybe someone will just listen for once!

games we watch you and talk and the end you are baned for reason

I just spoke with the admins. Seems that you don't have to appeal, they'll remove your ban.
You'll be able to play after a few days since the you will still be kicked after removing the ban at first.

Agh, was hoping to play today. Anyways thanks for the help, see you on the battlefield.
