BFBC2 crashing while trying to join server

Hi,

My bfbc2 is up-to-date with latest patch R11 and the latest client hook 914. Even after all this the game screen simply vanishes while joining a particular server.
PLEASE HELP.

1) Go to My Documents and delete BFBC2 folder, then try again.
2) My Documents\BFBC2, open settings.ini and change DxVersion=auto to DxVersion=9 (try to 10 and 11 if ur gpu support it)

Tried all three , still nothing.
Btw, ichecked my directx version. It's 12. I 've got windows 10.

Game doesn't support dx12.
I have win10 too and game run almost perfectly (sometimes got crashed after 2+ hours playing).

Do you update sound/gpu drivers via device manager?

Also, u must update dx (dxwebsetup) and setup some vcredist dll's: Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013 [32-64] (01-12-2014).zip

I've done all that you've asked me to do. Everything remains the same. It simply crashes to desktop. No error , nothing.

I've also updated my drivers.
