This is a Console-only DLC which was being worked on to import into all maps, however, the one who was making t (emi-liano) lost the files at one point and hasn't resumed work on it.

I played BLR (Blacklight Retribution) and it's onslaught is basically COD zombies but better (in my opinion)

There is no Onslaught for PC. What you might have seen is some fake videos or Emi-liano's bots preview.
