Ping does not only depend on server location, but also on routing, maybe the DU4 servers provider just has a better peering to your ISP.

Left after one round, due too much lag on the server and on my site, couldnt even hit with a sniper
Also is the server somehwhat modded? Like lower playerhealth and less bullet drop?
