But if I put the hook in the path of BC2,there is no response when I double click bfbc2game.exe

After you put nexus dll on the game folder, start BFBC2Game.exe with Dependency Walker (
http://www.dependencywalker.com/)
I bet on some damaged operating system dll

Thanks,the software is so useful.But I found some dll which cannot be downloaded,such as "API-MS-WIN-CORE-WINRT-L1-1-0.DLL"(maybe for win8?),though my game runs normally

I m trying this, I have unzipped that patch twice, and then ran it, and got error that my Installed game prolly is corrupted.
Spend about 3+ hours and learned that The steam and retail is different, and patches are different.
I have steam version Installed, So I search for Steam patches, but Now I just realized the patch u provided can be further unzipped!
That's the 3rd unzip. And now I see updator exe etc. Hope it works.
My question is was Multiple zips that necessary?
And can some one confirm this works for steam users? Do I need to find separate updator or something.

The Nexus Team is not the author, nor the provider of that patch.
Why don't you update your game through Steam? Should get you to same result as getting an offline steam patch somewhere?
