Well, I downloaded the newest version (portable) and did have the issue.
Whatever, fixed now.

i am not assault even a recon i am... i am a sniper! recon is not sniper...
i cant understand why dice make us swallow that recon is the same thing as sniper...

so by distance i am deadly, and hardly miss a target.. but at close quarters i am great piece of sh#$@$

No, you can't do custom banners.
I might sometime implement this function, but not in the next few days^^
