NExus.dll --- what is it?

In the Bad company 2 folder there is a file called nexus.dll . It is 80kb. What is it.
I want to know because if I want to use MASE emulator, what files that belong to nexus should I delete? Like The dinput8 and what else?

Oh looks like that torrent releases which is moving around the internet.
