Hey, anyone knows how to fix this at hosting a server? the 0.0.0.0:19567? do i need to tweak something on the notepad file?

Is it supposed to be something else???

Yes when i host the server on the main console just at the top right bar i get an ip of 0.0.0.0:19567 is that normal? The problem is that my friends can not connect to my server i have w7 and my firewall is disabled and i don't have anti virus, i also have all ports opened even the 19567 and 48888 so should i do something else for make my friends join?

That's perfectly fine, problem is probably someting else related to your connection.

you know i have the same problem and not all my friend can't access to the server, but some can and some can not, although this problem referred to "0.0.0.0:19567" is the reason...

If some people can't access your server, but some can, the problem is on their side.
They should forward their ports etc.

I agree with you robing, maybe it's a problem referred to their connection, so the problem is that for example yesterday my friend got connection problems after 10 attempts of entering to my server, you know the typical error of "your connection has been lost... etc" so that is the problem and robing, you know something about my error of the executable of mod tools for bed compenion? I dont know if i need a concrete version of python and scintilla but i have downloaded all programs even net framewrk 4.5 and i couldnt get run the app, i would love host a server with 5 helicopters .

I have listened as well that all my problems could have to do with the country that seems to block some connections and services like nexus, you think that is the real problem? Im from spain i dont know if it could result blocked...

Well, they should check on different networks/PCs.

About the ModTools, you need Python 2.7 (no newer versions) and the Scintilla from the thread (x86 I think).
If that doesn't work, I have no idea what's wrong.

Robing, could you please attach me all the links i need? for example, the python, scintilla, and the mod tools as well? i will try it lastly and if it doesn't run for me i will check another things, but at least, i wanna install everything just with the links you post me.
