Open Ports!

Please help me!
I got this error
The nexus bf master servers seems to be unreachable.
this means that servers is downm, you dont have an active internet conecction or you firewall is blocking the connection
please try again at a later time

But i can enter when i use hotsoptshield, so ithink its a port thing, Wich ports i need to open?
Please help me

Also, it could be your firewall too. Just because hotspot doesn't say a thing about it, it doesn't mean it lets it slide completely. Try disabling it temporarily and see if you can log in

I forgot to say it but my firewall is disable and i got not antivirus so....
and also i open the ports that here saysDerp

Sounds more like a blocked connection.

I live in Colombia and my friends can play normally so i don't get why im getting this error
