Please help

Hello guys
I have one small/big problem. I update with every patch, but the game won´t connect to the server. with "logging in" is everything allright, but when i try to connect to the server it give me message: "Cannot connect to server, please try it later" I don´t know what to do. I try to create a new account but it doesn ´t work neither. i cannot connect to any of that servers even they are empty... Its funny because when i was installing the game to my neighbour it worked perfectly. PLEASE I dont use any cracks only nosteam things

Thank you very much..it was firewall on modem......i just buy new one and i dont know about firewall in it..... Thanks very much again I just disabled it.
