Stats reset

I am not sure if this is a common problem but it sure is really annoying.
I was 27th rank bb4 this happened now I'm rank 1 and everything is gone is there any way to fix this please :(

Delete the GameSettings.bin in the Documents/BFBC2 or My Documents/BFBC2 depending on your OS. Also, I am pretty sure this is a common problem and there have been around 20 or more posts about it in the past month about it
