ok , I've been playing this since the End of the world update and I had a soldier Named ''Exi'' ! I tried hard on my stats and everything was fine , now I'm trying to login to the game and this weird error appeared . the game forced me to create a new soldier and play but I didn't . I want my old ''Exi'' back . how can I fix this problem ?

this also happens to me sometimes but then again gets fixed after some time automatically
