HELP ... all my stats are deleted

Hello guys,
after the little downtime yesterday, i tried to connect to the server and after i joined a server i recognized, that all my stats are deleted and i have to start with level 1 ... aaaah need help

Wait until the server is up again and see if your stats are back.

The server is up. Stats are same level 1.

Then there is nothing we can do for you :/
We do not have backups of any stats.

Lost my stats too and due to the downtime. Now that xp5 is disallowed players will get tired of keep loosing their stats.

It's not happening that often that the stats of players are getting corrupted...

Goddamn that is so annoying
i was level 42 and now i have to start with level 1 again .... there is pretty much nothing you can do for me?

If it doesn't come back by itself we can't do anything about it.
When you notice that Plasma is unstable just don't play. Wait for it to be stable again and you don't have to fear a rank loss.
