HELP ... all my stats are deleted

Hello guys,

after the little downtime yesterday, i tried to connect to the server and after i joined a server i recognized, that all my stats are deleted and i have to start with level 1 ... aaaah need help

Wait until the server is up again and see if your stats are back.

Lost my stats too and due to the downtime. Now that xp5 is disallowed players will get tired of keep loosing their stats.

It's not happening that often that the stats of players are getting corrupted...

If it doesn't come back by itself we can't do anything about it.

When you notice that Plasma is unstable just don't play. Wait for it to be stable again and you don't have to fear a rank loss.
