About Weapon Restrictions

Why are admins doing this? It's really stupid in most servers weapons are restricted for each class. What's the benefit of this?

Just don't play in these servers. Easy, don't you think?

Afaik it's not something that you can enable, it's a connection problem between Plasma and the dedicated server.
Servers would need a restart to fix it.

Not only annoying, it seems to corrupt player stats.
