actually as for the punk buster it needs to be installed since otherwise I've seen you'd keep getting disconnected from servers but I don't think updating it would be required

Nothing helped lol.
Dude,it gives that error only because the server has reserved slots.

Yesterday I was trying to get on a server wich was 29/32 and I was getting that error. When a player left (28/32) I managed to connect.

another thing is that the total number of slots a server supports you see in the server list at a time may not be synched with server setting at that time, I've tested it myself I've changed the server capacity and seen it'd get updated in the server list some time later
