Venice Unleashed

So i reinstalled the game, nothing, created a new solider, nothing, I simply can't login my solider, it says it is unable!
Can someone please help?
I managed once to login with a new solider and i couldn't see any servers

same prob. here!!!

one does not simply login to my account!!!

P.S:and after lots of trying i get to join a server and after approxiametly 1 min game pops out of server and says:Cannot Connect to master server! then i retry and same thing happens,even if i dont join a server after a minute it pops out of connection!!
