Bo2 was not purchased as it was region locked to russia and other places .
CS Go or Cs complete is region free, and there are alot of games that are also region free. Do u guys have a wishlist i can afford.
Unfortunately i cant afford much, and now i have 2 guys to give. Please doo keep that in mind.
Guess i will make the video of how to make dedi server in the end, a nice one that youtube never had!

I'm not in Russia and I already own CS:GO, so just keep your money.

i dont see serveroptions.ini file , i searched hi and low, even got r 32 its just not there
what else am i missing?

Umm, whers username? i see only password, Shud username be blank, I did port forward to myserver, but cant log in using procon.

Username is blank, admin port is normally 48888 (also forward this port in your router/firewall/antivirus).

If you can't connect via your external IP, try your internal IP (e.g.: 192.168.1.2, but NOT 127.0.0.1)
If that works, there's a problem with your router's port forwarding.

Odd. I was unable to get Procon to fully work with Nexus BC2. It showed some of the info, but not all. However, Big Brother Bot worked flawlessly. Go figure.

Server was restarted? File is not read-only?
Does it work if you change the sever-name?

none of it works, I've restarted and everything it won't change name or player count, also the file for setting hardcore and crosshair on/off doesn't seem to do anything, the name of my server is just the name of my computer

Try getting other server files and try disbaling your antivirus for testing purposes.

I can't find the other server files online :/ you did mean the R32 ones right

My server works, I can start it and get in, I just have no control over the settings/name

How to Host on Nexus BC2 using BC2CC and PRoCon

It's my video on how to host a Bad Company 2 server using PRoCon and BC2CC both in one with annotations to the 2 parts of the video. If anyone is still havin trouble hosting with them or anything, everything's explained in the video.

P.S. - To those who need aditional info or clearer instructions (or don't have the time to watch a 20 min long video), open up the description and there's a pastebin link in it. That's all the steps for the tutorial and I had to place them there since the description turned out to be too long for both these tools (cause I included both of them in 1 video, rather than 2 videos, see?). I usually get it fit in there but this time it was just too long, sorry for the inconvenience

P.P.S - This is seriously not meant as spam or advertisement but only as a guidance to those who want to host their own servers for whatever reason. I know this topic was old but I saw it in the recently active posts and just wanted to clear some things up for the ones still wondering how to do it or have problems doing it. I am also answering questions in the comment section so you're welcome to ask them if you are having problems (or just ask them here, the devs will know better now that I think about it )

Don't know if it was said in the video, but check ServerOptions.ini and ~StartServer.bat
